Power Derating Curve Refer to Figure 2. Rated power is the maximum continuous operating value at 70. Power consumption decreases according to the curve when exceeding 70.
Fusing Characteristic Defined as significant increase in resistance when subjected to specified overload, causing current to drop below 1/50 of initial test current. Fusing time is the time from applying overload to fusing.
Fusing Time Requirements Under specified rated current overload multiples, fusing time should comply with tables. (See Table 3-1 for standard and high lightning surge types; Table 3-2 for explosion-proof types; Table 3-3 for semi-fusing types). Fusing time can be custom-made per user requirements.
Impact Resistance Test according to Figure 3. Repeatedly switch K1 ON for 2S and OFF for 2S for 100 cycles. Test resistor should not be open-circuited. (Capacitance C selection based on customer requirements, default C=10uF. Resistance R selection based on circuit, converted to internal resistance, R power rating 20W, power factor 0.8, for resistors under 10W generally take 20W, 5.1K(5%)).
