  • Impact Resistance: According to Figure 3, repeated switching of switch K1 (ON for 2S, OFF for 2S) for 100 cycles should not result in an open circuit.
    - Capacitor C selection based on customer requirements; default C=10uF if not specified.
    - Resistor R value selected based on the circuit, converted to internal resistance; power rating 20W, power factor 0.8. For resistors under 10W, typically use 20W, 5.1K (5%).

11 Accidental Overload Install sample in single-layer wire mesh cylinder 253mm from resistor body. Apply 5, 10, 16 times rated power overload for 5min or until open circuit. Wire mesh cylinder does not ignite.
