Handling Suggestions
Reflow Conditions: Preheat 160~180deg.C (120 sec), Primary heat >=220 deg.C (60~120 sec), Peak 260 deg.C (10 sec Max). Recommended to solder within 2 times.
Manual Solder iron: Bit temp.: 350 max., Time: 3sec max., Each terminal only should be soldered once.
Mounting Conditions: Suitable for most automated SMT processes. Advise SMT sampling prior to mass production. Ultrasonic processes are not recommended. Minimize excessive shock during mounting. Ensure PCB warping does not affect the product. Ensure operating characteristics and soldering conditions are within specifications.
Cleansing Conditions: General cleaning solutions may be used, but testing is recommended. Ultrasonic cleaning procedures are not recommended. Unsuitable cleansing may lead to damage, discoloration, corrosion, contamination, or illegible marking.
Storage Conditions: Preserve in original packaging. Store in a clean, dust-free environment out of direct sunlight. Environmental Temperature: Max +40 degrees Celsius. Maximum Relative Humidity: 80% Maximum.
