Supplement

- Solder iron tip temperature: 350deg.C Max., Time: 3sec Max. per terminal.
- Available for Lead Free Soldering.
- Designed for automatic insertion; trial with insertion machine recommended.
- Avoid mounting and processing by Ultrasonic welding.
- Cleaning liquid that corrodes Nickel should not be used. Ultrasonic cleaning is possible, but check on your board.
- Static-electricity handling is required, similar to other C-MOS devices.
- No by-pass capacitor is integrated. A 0.01F ceramic chip capacitor between Vdd and GND is recommended.
- Storage conditions: Keep away from high temperature, high humidity, direct sunlight, and dew.
