Storage Conditions/Matters Need Attention
Storage Temperature and Humidity Conditions:
a. Product packing with Carrier tape: -10~+40 and less than 60% RH
b. Product alone: -20~+60 and less than 60% RH
Usage: Products should be used within 6 months. (Note: the product should be used as soon as possible once it is opened)
Environment: The packaging material should be kept where no chlorine or sulfur exists in the air.
Handling: Do not touch the electrodes (soldering terminals) with fingers as this may lead to deterioration of solder ability. The use of tweezers or vacuum pick-ups is strongly recommended for individual components. Bulk handling should ensure that abrasion and mechanical shock are minimized.
Soldering and Mounting
Recommended Reflow Conditions (Lead-free): (Conditions based on company's reflow welding equipment)
Reflow Soldering Heat Endurance:
a. After reflow soldering under the recommended conditions and placing for 2 hours under normal temperature and humidity, no mechanical or electrical defects should occur.
b. Twice reflow test is acceptable with a 1-hour interval under normal temperature and humidity conditions.
c. The reflow test profile may vary with different testing instruments.
