Storage Conditions
- Temperature and humidity: Less than 30 and 70% RH.
- Recommended use within 6 months from delivery.
- Store in an environment free from chlorine or sulfur.
Application Notice
- Handle with care to avoid damage or contamination.
- Use tweezers or vacuum pickup for individual components. Minimize abrasion and mechanical shock during bulk handling.
Electrical Characteristics Notes
- All test data is referenced to 25 C ambient.
- Operating temperature range: -55 C to +125 C.
- Irms (A): DC current that will cause an approximate T of 40 C (reference ambient temperature is 25 C).
- Isat (A): DC current that will cause L0 to drop approximately 30 %.
- The part temperature (ambient + temp rise) should not exceed 125 C under worst-case operating conditions. Verify part temperature in the end application.
- Absolute maximum voltage: 30VDC.
