The HY1040-XXXM series inductors from HANYONES ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD are high-performance, low-profile components designed for DC-DC converter applications. Featuring a metal dust core for high saturation current (Isat), low loss, and low resistance, these inductors are capable of operating at high frequencies (1MHz-5MHz) and offer ultra-low buzz noise due to their composite construction. They are lead-free and support lead-free soldering, making them suitable for environmentally conscious designs. Ideally used in NB/Desktop/server/Graphic card, LCD TV/Projector, etc.

Notes:
- All test data is reference to 25 ambient.
- Idc: DC current (A) that will cause an approximate T of 40.
- Isat: DC current (A) that will cause L0 to drop approximately 30%.
- Operating Temperature Range: -55 to +125.
- The part temperature (ambient + temp rise) should not exceed 125 under worst-case operating conditions. Circuit design, component, PWB trace size and thickness, airflow and other cooling provisions all affect the part temperature. Part temperature should be verified in the end application.
- The rated current as listed is either the saturation current or the heating current depending on which value is lower.
Packaging and Storage:
- Storage Conditions: Temperature and humidity conditions: Less than 30 and 70% RH. Recommended products should be used within 6 months from the time of delivery. The packaging material should be kept where no chlorine or sulfur exists in the air.
- Transportation: Products should be handled with care to avoid damage or contamination from perspiration and skin oils. The use of tweezers or vacuum pick up is strongly recommended for individual components. Bulk handling should ensure that abrasion and mechanical shock are minimized.
- Tearing Off Force: 15 to 60 grams in the arrow direction under specified conditions.
