Storage Conditions and Precautions

  • Storage Temperature and Humidity:
    • Product packaging with Carrier tape: -10~+40, relative humidity below 60% RH
    • Product alone: -20~+60, relative humidity below 60% RH
  • Products should be used within 6 months. Use as soon as possible after opening the package.
  • Packaging material should be kept where no chlorine or sulfur exists in the air.
  • Do not touch the electrodes (soldering terminals) with fingers, as this may lead to deterioration of solderability.
  • Use of tweezers or vacuum pick-ups is strongly recommended for individual components. Bulk handling should minimize abrasion and mechanical shock.

Reflow Soldering Heat Endurance

  • After reflow soldering under recommended conditions and placing for 2 hours under normal temperature and humidity, no mechanical or electrical defects should occur.
  • Twice reflow testing is acceptable with a 1-hour interval between tests under normal temperature and humidity conditions.
