Storage Conditions and Precautions
- Storage Temperature and Humidity:
- Product packaging with Carrier tape: -10~+40, relative humidity below 60% RH
- Product alone: -20~+60, relative humidity below 60% RH
- Products should be used within 6 months. Use as soon as possible after opening the package.
- Packaging material should be kept where no chlorine or sulfur exists in the air.
- Do not touch the electrodes (soldering terminals) with fingers, as this may lead to deterioration of solderability.
- Use of tweezers or vacuum pick-ups is strongly recommended for individual components. Bulk handling should minimize abrasion and mechanical shock.

Recommended Reflow Conditions (Lead-free)
The above recommended reflow test conditions are based on the company's reflow welding equipment. The reflow test profile may vary with testing instruments.
Reflow Soldering Heat Endurance
- After reflow soldering under recommended conditions and placing for 2 hours under normal temperature and humidity, no mechanical or electrical defects should occur.
- Twice reflow testing is acceptable with a 1-hour interval between tests under normal temperature and humidity conditions.
