Storage and Handling
- Storage Temperature & Humidity: -10~ +40, <60% RH (for products in packaging); -20~ +60, <60% RH (for individual products).
- Usage: Use within 6 months of opening packaging.
- Environment: Store away from chlorine or sulfur in the air.
- Handling: Avoid touching electrodes with fingers. Use tweezers or vacuum pick-ups for individual components to minimize abrasion and mechanical shock.
Soldering and Mounting
- Recommended Reflow Conditions: Lead-free (refer to specific reflow curve based on equipment).
- Reflow Soldering Heat Endurance: No defects after 2 hours of storage at normal temperature/humidity. Two reflow cycles are acceptable with 1-hour intervals.
