Storage Conditions

  • Product packing with Carrier tape: -10~+40 and less than 60% RH
  • Product alone: -20~+60 and less than 60% RH
  • Products should be used within 6 months after opening the package.
  • Packaging material should be kept where no chlorine or sulfur exists in the air.
  • Do not touch electrodes with fingers to avoid deterioration of solder ability.
  • Use tweezers or vacuum pick-ups for individual components; minimize abrasion and mechanical shock during bulk handling.

Soldering and Mounting

  • Recommended Reflow Conditions (Lead-free) are available (refer to source document for details).
  • Reflow Soldering Heat Endurance: No mechanical or electrical defects after 2 hours at normal temperature and humidity. Twice reflow test is acceptable with a 1-hour interval. Reflow test profile may vary with instruments.
