Storage Conditions and Precautions
- Storage temperature and humidity: -10 to +40, < 60% RH for product packing with carrier tape; -20 to +60, < 60% RH for product alone.
- Use within 6 months of opening packaging.
- Keep packaging material away from chlorine or sulfur.
- Do not touch electrodes with fingers to maintain solderability.
- Use tweezers or vacuum pick-ups for individual components; minimize abrasion and mechanical shock for bulk handling.
