The HY0530-XXXM series power inductors from HANYONES ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD are designed for high-frequency and high-temperature environments. They feature a small form factor (5.85*5.2*3.0mm) with high current capability up to 15A. These inductors offer excellent temperature-rise and saturation current characteristics, magnetic shielding for strong EMI performance, low loss due to alloy powder die casting, low impedance, and low parasitic capacitance. They are highly efficient and suitable for a wide range of applications.

Storage Conditions/Matters Need Attention
- Storage temperature and humidity conditions: Product packing with Carrier tape: -10~+40 and less than 60% RH; Product alone: -20~+60 and less than 60% RH.
- Products should be used within 6 months. Use as soon as possible once packaging is opened.
- Packaging material should be kept where no chlorine or sulfur exists in the air.
- Do not touch electrodes with fingers to avoid deterioration of solder ability.
- Use tweezers or vacuum pick-ups for individual components; minimize abrasion and mechanical shock during bulk handling.

Soldering and Mounting
- Recommended Reflow Conditions (Lead-free) based on company's equipment.
- Reflow Soldering Heat Endurance: No mechanical or electrical defects after 2 hours at normal temperature and humidity. Twice reflow test is acceptable with a 1-hour interval under normal conditions. Reflow test profile may vary with instruments.
