Storage Conditions/Matters Need Attention
Storage Temperature and Humidity Conditions:
a. Product packing with Carrier tape: -10~+40 and less than 60% RH
b. Product alone: -20~+60 and less than 60% RH
Usage Recommendation: Products should be used within 6 months. Once the packaging is opened, the product should be used as soon as possible.
Handling Precautions:
- Keep packaging material away from environments with chlorine or sulfur.
- Do not touch the electrodes (soldering terminals) with fingers to prevent deterioration of solderability.
- For individual components, use tweezers or vacuum pick-ups. Minimize abrasion and mechanical shock during bulk handling.

Soldering and Mounting
Recommended Reflow Conditions (Lead-free)
The recommended reflow soldering conditions are based on the company's reflow welding equipment.
Reflow Soldering Heat Endurance
- No mechanical or electrical defects should occur after reflow soldering under the specified conditions and storage for 2 hours at normal temperature and humidity.
- Two reflow soldering cycles are acceptable with a 1-hour interval between cycles under normal temperature and humidity conditions.
- The reflow test profile may vary depending on the equipment used.
