Storage Conditions and Precautions
- Storage Temperature & Humidity:
- Product packaging with Carrier tape: -10~+40 and less than 60% RH
- Product alone: -20~+60 and less than 60% RH
- Usage Period: Products should be used within 6 months after opening the package.
- Environment: Packaging material should be stored in an environment free of chlorine or sulfur.
- Handling: Do not touch electrodes (soldering terminals) with fingers to avoid deterioration of solderability. Tweezers or vacuum pick-ups are recommended for individual components. Minimize abrasion and mechanical shock during bulk handling.
Soldering and Mounting
- Recommended Reflow Conditions (Lead-free): Conditions are based on HANYONES' reflow equipment.
- Reflow Soldering Heat Endurance:
- No mechanical or electrical defects should occur after reflow soldering and 2 hours of storage under normal temperature and humidity.
- Two reflow cycles are acceptable with a 1-hour interval under normal conditions.
- Reflow test profiles may vary with equipment.
