Soldering Temperature and Notes
Lead-Free Wave Soldering
- PCB main surface preheating temperature slope: 2-3C/sec, duration: approx. 120s.
- PCB main surface preheating temperature range: 90-130C.
- PCB bottom surface max preheating temperature: not exceeding 130C.
- Temperature difference between wave crest and preheating zone: not greater than 150C.
- Wave soldering pot temperature: 250-260C.
- Wave trough temperature: preferably not below 217C. For double wave, difference between waves: not greater than 60C.
- Soldering time: Double wave "I": 0.5-2s, Wave "II": 1.5-4s, Total: 2-6s. Single wave: 2-6s.
Iron Soldering
- Maximum temperature: 350 5C.
- Soldering time: 3 0.5 seconds.
