Endurance and Reliability
Endurance: After 2000 Hrs. application of the rated voltage at 105 , returned to 20 for testing, they meet the characteristics listed below: Capacitance Change: Within 20% of initial value, Tan: Less than 150% of specified value, ESR: Less than 150% of specified value, Leakage Current: Within specified value.
Moisture Resistance: After 1000 hours in an environment of 60 , 90~95% humidity, return to 20 for testing, they meet the characteristics listed below: Capacitance Change: Within 20% of initial value, Tan: Less than 150% of specified value, ESR: Less than 150% of specified value, Leakage Current: Within specified value.
