6. Testing Conditions and Methods:

6.1 Visual Inspection: 100% inspection under 5-10x magnification for deformation, damage, dents, cracks, burrs, foreign matter adhesion, delamination, or detachment of metallization.

6.2 Standard Temperature Test: 100% testing at room temperature to ensure electrical parameters meet Table 2 specifications.

7. Sampling Plan and Inspection Methods:

7.1 Sampling Plan (Table 3): Specifies sample sizes for electrical performance, dimensions, appearance, and solderability based on batch size.

Dielectric Withstand Voltage Applied Voltage: 2.5UR (UR200V); 2UR (UR=250V); 1.5UR (500VUR<1000V); 1.2UR (1000V). Duration: (51)s, surge current 50mA. No breakdown, flashover, or visible damage.
Dimensions Checked with measuring tools of appropriate precision. See Table 1.
Appearance Visual inspection under appropriate light or 10x microscope. No dents, cracks, edge burrs, foreign matter adhesion, delamination, or detachment of terminal metallization.
Solderability Capacitor immersed in solder bath (10-15mm depth). Solder Temperature: 2605, Time: 2s. Tinning rate >90%.
