Testing and Quality Assurance
4.1 Visual Inspection
100% inspection under 5-10x magnification for the following:
- No deformation or damage to the capacitor body.
- No dents, cracks, burrs on edges, foreign matter adhesion, delamination, or detachment of the metallization layer on the terminals.
4.2 Room Temperature Testing
100% testing at room temperature to ensure electrical parameters comply with Table 2.
5.1 Sampling Plan
Sample sizes for electrical performance, dimensions, appearance, and solderability are determined based on batch size as per Table 3.
5.2 Inspection Methods
Detailed inspection methods and requirements for capacitance, dissipation factor, insulation resistance, dielectric withstand voltage, dimensions, appearance, and solderability are provided in Table 4.
Storage Recommendations
Storage period is one year. For optimal solderability, it is recommended to use products within 6 months of purchase. Recommended storage conditions: -10C to 40C and 30% to 70% RH.
