4. Test Conditions and Methods:

4.1 Visual Inspection: 100% inspection for deformation, damage, dents, cracks, burrs, foreign matter, delamination, or loss of metallization on the lead-out terminals.

4.2 Room Temperature Test: 100% testing at room temperature to ensure electrical parameters meet Table 2 specifications.

5. Sampling Inspection: Capacitance, dissipation factor, insulation resistance, dielectric withstand voltage, dimensions, appearance, and solderability are subject to sampling inspection according to Table 3.

5.2 Inspection Methods:

Insulation Resistance Test points: Between leads. Test voltage: Rated voltage (UR500V) 500V (UR500V). Reading time: 2min. Class I: Ri10000M. Class II: CR25nF, Ri4000M; CR25nF, RiCR100s.
Dielectric Withstand Voltage Applied voltage: 2.5UR (UR200V); 2UR (UR=250V); 1.5UR (500VUR<1000V); 1.2UR (1000V). Duration: (51)s, surge current 50mA. Capacitor shall be free from breakdown, flashover, and visible damage.
Dimensions Check outer dimensions with a measuring instrument of appropriate accuracy. See Table 1.
Appearance Visual inspection under adequate light or 10x microscope. Appearance should be free from dents, cracks, edge burrs, foreign matter adhesion, delamination, or loss of metallization on lead-out terminals.
Solderability Immerse entire capacitor 10-15mm into solder bath. Solder temperature: 2455, time: 2s. Tinning rate should be greater than 90%.
