4. Test Conditions and Methods:
4.1 Visual Inspection: 100% inspection for deformation, damage, dents, cracks, burrs, foreign matter adhesion, delamination, or metallization layer peeling.
4.2 Normal Temperature Test: 100% testing at room temperature to ensure electrical parameters meet Table 2 requirements.
5. Sampling Inspection: Capacitance, dissipation factor, insulation resistance, dielectric withstand voltage, dimensions, appearance, and solderability are subject to sampling inspection.
