4. Test Conditions and Methods:

  • 4.1 Visual Inspection: 100% check for deformation, damage, dents, cracks, burrs, foreign matter, delamination, or metallization peeling.
  • 4.2 Standard Temperature Test: 100% electrical parameter testing at room temperature according to product requirements.
  • 5. Sampling Inspection: Capacitance, dissipation factor, insulation resistance, dielectric withstand voltage, dimensions, appearance, and solderability are sampled according to Table 3.

5.2 Inspection Methods:
