Testing Conditions and Methods:

Visual Inspection (Initial Check) Visual inspection or with a 5-10x magnifying glass (100% inspection). No deformation, breakage, dents, cracks, burrs on edges, foreign matter adhesion, delamination, or detachment of metallization layer on terminations.
Room Temperature Test 100% testing at room temperature. Electrical parameters must comply with Table 2.
Sampling Plan (Table 3) Based on batch size for capacitance, dissipation factor, insulation resistance, dielectric withstand voltage, dimensions, appearance, and solderability. Refer to Table 3 for sample sizes. Solderability samples can be electrical non-conforming products from Table 2 tests.
Inspection Methods (Table 4)
Capacitance Test Frequency: 1MHz50KHz (Class I: 1000pF, Class II: 100pF); 1KHz50Hz (Class I: >1nF, Class II: 100pF < C 10uF) Capacitance within specified tolerance.
Dissipation Factor (tan) Test Frequency: 1MHz50KHz (Class I: 1000pF, Class II: 100pF); 1KHz50Hz (Class I: >1nF, Class II: 100pF < C 10uF) Class I: CR50pF, DF1510-4; CR50pF, DF1.5(150/CR+7)10-4. Class II (X7R, X5R): Voltage(V) DF: 100 2.5%, 50 3.5%, 25 3.5%, 10 10%. For sizes 0603 or capacitance 0.22uF, DF 10% or as per above standards.
Insulation Resistance Test Points: Between terminals. Test Voltage: Rated voltage (UR500V); 500V (UR>500V). Reading Time: 2min. Class I: CR10nF, Ri10000M; CR10nF, Ri(100M*uF)/CR. Class II: CR25nF, Ri4000M; CR25nF, RiCR100s.
Dielectric Withstand Voltage Applied Voltage: 2.5UR (UR200V); 2UR (UR=250V); 1.5UR (500VUR<1000V); 1.2UR (1000V). Duration: (51)s. Surge current not exceeding 50mA. No breakdown, flashover, or visible damage.
Dimensions Check external dimensions with appropriate measuring tools. See Table 1.
Appearance Visual inspection under appropriate lighting or 10x microscope. No dents, cracks, burrs on edges, foreign matter adhesion, delamination, or detachment of termination metallization layer.
Solderability Immerse the entire capacitor 10-15mm into solder liquid. Solder Temperature: 2455, Time: 2s. Solder coverage rate should be greater than 90%.

Storage Method:

The storage period for our products is one year. To ensure product solderability, it is recommended to use within 6 months after purchase (under packaged and delivered conditions). Storage Temperature: -10 to 40. Storage Humidity: 30-70% RH.
