Testing Conditions and Methods
- Visual Inspection: 100% check for deformation, damage, dents, cracks, burrs, foreign matter, delamination, or metallization peeling.
- Room Temperature Test: 100% testing of electrical parameters against Table 2 specifications.
- Sampling Inspection: Capacitance, dissipation factor, insulation resistance, dielectric withstanding voltage, dimensions, appearance, and solderability are sampled according to Table 3.
