Testing Conditions and Methods
- Visual Inspection: 100% inspection for deformation, damage, dents, cracks, burrs, foreign matter, delamination, or metallization detachment.
- Room Temperature Test: 100% electrical parameter testing at room temperature, conforming to Table 2.
- Sampling Inspection: Capacitance, Dissipation Factor, Insulation Resistance, Dielectric Withstand Voltage, Dimensions, Appearance, and Solderability are subject to sampling inspection based on lot size (Table 3).
