Testing Conditions and Methods
Appearance Inspection
- Visual inspection or with a 5-10x magnifying glass for 100% of products.
- Checks for deformation, damage, dents, cracks, burrs on edges, foreign matter adhesion, delamination, or peeling of metallization on terminals.
Room Temperature Testing
- 100% tested at room temperature according to product requirements.
- Electrical parameters must comply with Table 2.
Sampling Inspection
- Capacitance, dissipation factor, insulation resistance, dielectric withstand voltage, dimensions, appearance, and solderability are sampled.
- Sampling plan based on batch size as per Table 3. Solderability samples can be electrical non-conforming products from Table 2 testing.
