The VHF100505HQ Series are chip high frequency inductors designed for demanding electronic applications. These multilayer chip inductors are constructed with a ceramic body and internal silver electrodes, featuring Ni/Sn plating on the terminal electrodes for excellent solderability. They are suitable for reflow soldering and offer reliable performance across a wide operating temperature range of -55 to +125. Recommended Soldering Conditions
Reflow Soldering:
- Temperature difference between product surface and solder temperature should not exceed 150 during pre-heating.
- Temperature difference between product surface and solvent temperature should not exceed 100 during cooling after soldering.
- Ensure soldering occurs within the allowable range of the reflow soldering profile.
Hand Soldering:
- Soldering Iron Temperature: 350 (Max)
- Power: 30W (Max)
- Soldering Time: < 5S (Avoid touching terminal electrodes with the soldering iron tip).
Cleaning
- Cleaning Temperature: 60 (Max)

Storage Requirements
- Storage Period: Within 1 year from the factory inspection date. If exceeding 1 year, re-inspect solderability before use.
- Storage Conditions:
- Warehouse Temperature: -10 to +40, Relative Humidity: 30% to 70%.
- Do not store in corrosive substances (sulfur, chlorine gas, acid) to prevent electrode oxidation.
- Store on shelves to avoid influence from humidity and dust.
- Avoid heat shock, vibration, and direct sunlight.
- Products should be stored in airtight packaging.
