Various reliability tests are conducted according to JIS C 5201-1 standards, including TCR, Short Time Overload, IR Reflow, Leaching, Soldering Heat, Temperature Cycling, Electric Iron, Resistance to Solvent, Load Life in Humidity, Load Life (Endurance), and Terminal Bending Strength.

Performance Characteristics

Power derating is applicable for ambient temperatures exceeding 70, following the provided derating curve.

General Information

  • Recommend Land Pattern Design for Reflow Soldering is available.
  • Products are produced under low temperature processing applicable to IR reflow surface mounting devices. Not applicable to wave soldering.
  • Testing method uses a four-feet probe to touch at the back of both electrodes. Customized-made production is available upon request.
