The SG-8101 series crystal oscillators are programmable, CMOS output devices designed for a wide frequency range of 0.67 MHz to 170 MHz with a 1 ppm step. They support a broad supply voltage range from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and offer selectable output enable (OE) or standby (ST) functions. Key features include tight frequency tolerances such as 15 ppm over -40 C to +85 C and 20 ppm or 50 ppm over -40 C to +105 C. These oscillators utilize PLL technology for short lead times and are compatible with the SG-Writer II programmer. They are suitable for applications requiring precise timing and stable clock signals, with options for various package types and rise/fall times.
