It offers a broad output frequency range from 0.67 MHz to 170 MHz with a 1 ppm step, supported by a supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Key features include output enable (OE) and standby (ST) functions, a frequency tolerance of 50 ppm over an operating temperature range of -40 C to +105 C (including aging), and PLL technology for short lead times.
