Product Overview

The SG-8101 series is a programmable crystal oscillator offering a wide frequency range from 0.67 MHz to 170 MHz with 1 ppm step. It supports a broad supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V and features output enable (OE) or standby (ST) functions. Available with various frequency tolerances and operating temperatures, including 15 ppm (-40 C to +85 C) and 20 ppm, 50 ppm (-40 C to +105 C). The series utilizes PLL technology for short lead times and is compatible with the SG-Writer II field oscillator programmer. Designed for applications requiring high reliability, including automotive sectors.
