The SG-8101 Series Crystal Oscillators are programmable, CMOS output devices designed for a wide frequency range of 0.67 MHz to 170 MHz with 1 ppm step resolution. They offer a broad supply voltage range from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and feature output enable (OE) or standby (ST) functions. With various frequency tolerance options including 15 ppm, 20 ppm, and 50 ppm across different operating temperatures, these oscillators are suitable for applications requiring precise timing. Available in multiple compact package sizes (2.5 x 2.0 mm to 7.0 x 5.0 mm), they utilize PLL technology for short lead times and are compatible with the SG-Writer II programmer. These oscillators are designed for general use in electronic equipment and are also suitable for automotive applications.
