The SG-9101 series is a programmable crystal oscillator featuring CMOS output, designed for a wide frequency range from 0.67 MHz to 170 MHz with 1 ppm step. It supports a broad supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V and offers flexible output enable (OE) or standby (ST) functions. This oscillator utilizes PLL technology for short lead times and is compatible with the SG-Writer II field oscillator programmer. It is available with down or center spread modulation, configurable spreading percentages, modulation profiles (Hershey-kiss, Sine-wave, Triangle), modulation frequencies, and rise/fall times. The series is suitable for applications requiring precise timing and frequency control.
