Packaging

Packaging is designed to prevent damage during transport and storage. The product is available in taping (1,000 pcs./reel 180 mm reel type) or bulk form.

Recommended Reflow Pattern

Reflow soldering can be performed up to two times. For iron soldering, use a solder iron of less than 30W and avoid direct contact with the ceramic body outside the terminal electrode. Soldering time should be 5 seconds max. at 260C.

Precautions

When using these products, avoid exposure to splashing water or salt water, dew condensation, toxic gases (Hydrogen sulfide, Sulfurous acid, Chlorine, Ammonia), and vibrations or shocks exceeding specified conditions. Be cautious of stress on the product due to board flexure after mounting.

  • Idc: DC current (A) that will cause an approximate T of 40.
  • Isat: DC current (A) that will cause Lo to drop approximately 30%.

  • Part temperature (ambient + temp rise) should not exceed 125 under worst-case operating conditions.
  • Recommended wire wound inductors should be used within 6 months from the time of delivery.
