The SG-8101 series crystal oscillator offers a wide frequency range from 0.67 MHz to 170 MHz with 1 ppm step programmability. Designed for versatile applications, it supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and features output enable (OE) or standby (ST) functions. Available in various frequency tolerances and operating temperature ranges, including 15 ppm (-40 C to +85 C) and 20 ppm, 50 ppm (-40 C to +105 C), this oscillator utilizes PLL technology for short lead times and is compatible with the SG-Writer II field oscillator programmer. It is suitable for automotive applications such as Car Multimedia, Body Electronics, Remote Keyless Entry, and driving safety systems.
