Product Overview

The SG-9101 series is a programmable crystal oscillator featuring CMOS output, designed for a wide frequency range from 0.67 MHz to 170 MHz with a 1 ppm step. It supports a broad supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V and offers flexible functionality through Output Enable (OE) or Standby (ST) pins. This series incorporates Down or Center spread modulation with configurable spreading options, including three modulation profiles (Hershey-kiss, Sine-wave, Triangle), four modulation frequencies, and six spread percentages. Its PLL technology enables short lead times, and it is compatible with the SG-Writer II field oscillator programmer. The SG-9101 series is suitable for various applications, including automotive sectors like Car Multimedia, Body Electronics, Remote Keyless Entry, Engine Control Units, Air Bags, and ESC.
