Includes Solderability, Resistance, Vibration, Static Humidity, Component Adhesion, Temperature Resistance, Low Temperature Resistance, Thermal Shock, and High Temperature Resistance tests with specified conditions and acceptance criteria.
Packaging
Available in tape and reel packaging. Reel dimensions: 180 mm diameter, 60 mm width. Tape dimensions: W=8mm, P=4mm, P0=4mm, P1=2mm, A0=1.57mm, B0=2.28mm, K0=1.4mm, t=0.22mm. Packing Quantity: 2,000 pcs./reel (180 mm reel type). Cover Tape Peel Strength: 0.1~0.6(N).
Recommended Soldering Conditions
Recommended for reflow soldering. Reflow up to two times. For iron soldering, use a solder iron of less than 30W and avoid direct contact with the ceramic body outside the terminal electrode. Max. 5 seconds at 260.
Attention in Case of Using
Avoid splashing water or salt water, dew condensation, toxic gas (Hydrogen sulfide, Sulfurous acid, Chlorine, Ammonia), vibrations or shocks exceeding specified conditions. Be careful of stress from board flexure after mounting.
Others
Operating temperature range: -40~+125. Storage condition: Temperature 20~25, Relative Humidity 40%~60%. Recommended wire wound inductors should be used within 6 months from the time of delivery.
