The CBB22/MPP series metallized polypropylene film capacitor is an epoxy-encapsulated, non-inductive wound type capacitor. It features a self-healing capability due to its metallized polypropylene film construction, low loss, and minimal internal temperature rise. The capacitor is encapsulated with flame-retardant epoxy resin powder and utilizes tinned copper wire or tinned copper-clad steel wire for connections. This series is widely used in various electronic equipment for DC blocking, coupling, decoupling, filtering, bypassing, and other high-frequency, DC, AC, and pulse circuits.

Usage Rules

• Operating Range: Do not exceed the upper category temperature; avoid overload; do not exceed maximum pulse current.
• Handling: Avoid repeated squeezing at the lead root; be cautious of lead tips.
• Soldering:
• Wave Soldering: Preheating section max temperature Ts 120C for 45 seconds; peak temperature TP 110C for 120 seconds. For P7.5mm, T4mm, soldering time < 4 seconds.
• Soldering Iron: Tip temperature not exceeding 350C, time not exceeding 3 seconds.
• Lead film capacitors are not suitable for reflow soldering.
