Usage Rules

  • Usage Range: Do not exceed the upper category temperature, avoid overload, and do not exceed the maximum pulse current.
  • Operation Precautions: Avoid repeated squeezing at the lead wire root, and be mindful of lead wire tips.
  • Soldering: For wave soldering, TP 110 for 120 seconds; Ts 120 for 45 seconds. For lead pitch P 7.5mm and thickness T 4mm, wave soldering time < 4 seconds. For soldering with a soldering iron, the tip temperature should not exceed 350, and the duration should not exceed 3 seconds. This product is not suitable for reflow soldering.
