The CBB21B(H)/MPB series are box-type metallized polypropylene film capacitors designed for DC filtering and PFC circuits in applications such as switching power supplies, inverters, and electronic ballasts. These capacitors feature a non-inductive winding structure, excellent electrical performance, and are encapsulated in a flame-retardant plastic case and epoxy resin, meeting UL94V-0 standards. Test Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, tests are conducted under standard atmospheric conditions: Environment Temperature: 15C to 35C, Relative Humidity: 25% to 75%. For critical test results, use Environment Temperature: 202C, Relative Humidity: 60% to 70%.

Usage Rules

  • Do not exceed the upper category temperature limit.
  • Avoid overload operation.
  • Do not exceed the maximum pulse current.
  • Avoid repeated squeezing at the lead root.
  • Pay attention to the lead tip.
  • Soldering: For wave soldering, TP 110C (120s), Ts 120C (45s). For hand soldering, iron tip temperature should not exceed 350C for more than 3 seconds. Not suitable for reflow soldering.

Current and Frequency Characteristics Curve

Note: Curves are typical values tested under sinusoidal voltage, ambient temperature 85C, and capacitor internal temperature rise T=10C. Applicable for DC filtering and DC module circuits with unidirectional ripple voltage. Not suitable for AC circuits. Contact technical personnel for inquiries.
