Product Overview
The CBB22/MPP series metallized polypropylene film capacitors are designed for electronic equipment, featuring an epoxy-encapsulated, non-inductive wound structure. These capacitors are ideal for DC blocking, coupling, decoupling, filtering, bypassing, and other high-frequency, DC, AC, and pulse circuits. They offer excellent self-healing properties due to their metallized polypropylene film construction, low loss, and minimal internal temperature rise. The capacitors are sealed with flame-retardant epoxy resin powder for durability and safety.

Usage Rules
- Usage Range: Do not exceed the upper category temperature; avoid overload; do not exceed maximum pulse current.
- Handling Precautions: Avoid repeated squeezing at the lead root; pay attention to lead tips.
- Soldering: Be aware that solder heat can affect capacitor characteristics.
- Wave Soldering: TP 110 for 120s; Ts 120 for 45s. For P7.5mm, T4mm, soldering time < 4 seconds.
- Soldering Iron: Tip temperature not exceeding 350, time not exceeding 3 seconds.
- Note: Lead film capacitors are not suitable for reflow soldering. (Ts: Maximum temperature the capacitor body can withstand during wave soldering; Tp: Maximum preheating temperature the capacitor body can withstand).
Maximum Effective Voltage vs. Frequency Curve
Note: Typical values are tested under conditions of sinusoidal voltage, ambient temperature 85, and internal temperature rise T=10.
