The CBB21/MPP series metallized polypropylene film capacitors are designed for electronic equipment applications. These capacitors feature a non-inductive winding structure with metallized polypropylene film and are encapsulated in flame-retardant epoxy resin powder. They are suitable for DC blocking, coupling, decoupling, filtering, bypassing, and other high-frequency, DC, AC, and pulse circuits. Key advantages include excellent self-healing properties, low loss, and low internal temperature rise.

Storage Conditions
- Avoid prolonged exposure to air, which can degrade lead wire solderability.
- Store in a cool, dry environment, not high temperature or high humidity.
- Temperature: Max 35C
- Relative Humidity: Max 80%
- Storage Time: Maximum 12 months from the production date marked on the packaging bag.
Usage Rules
- Operating Range: Do not exceed the upper category temperature; avoid overload; do not exceed maximum pulse current.
- Handling: Avoid repeated squeezing at the lead wire root; be cautious of lead wire tips.
- Soldering: Solder heat can transfer to the capacitor core. Observe temperature and time limits to prevent degradation or damage.
- Wave Soldering: Peak temperature (TP) 110C for 120 seconds; Shelf temperature (Ts) 120C for 45 seconds. For P7.5mm, T4mm, soldering time < 4 seconds.
- Soldering Iron: Tip temperature not exceeding 350C, for a maximum of 3 seconds.
- Note: Lead film capacitors are not suitable for reflow soldering.
