Usage Rules

Usage Scope:

  • Do not exceed the upper limit category temperature during use.
  • Avoid overload operation.
  • Do not exceed the maximum pulse current during use.

Operation Precautions:

  • Avoid repeatedly squeezing the lead root.
  • Pay attention to the tip of the leads.

Soldering:

  • When soldering capacitors, solder heat can transfer to the capacitor core through the lead terminals and encapsulation layer. Therefore, attention must be paid to the attenuation or damage of capacitor electrical characteristics caused by high temperature and prolonged soldering.
  • Wave Soldering: TP 110C for 120 seconds; Ts 120C for 45 seconds. For MPP polypropylene film capacitors with P 7.5mm and T 4mm, wave soldering time should be less than 4 seconds.
  • Soldering Iron: When using a soldering iron, the tip temperature should not exceed 350C, and the soldering time should not exceed 3 seconds.
  • Film capacitors with leads are not suitable for reflow soldering.

The CBB21(H) series is only suitable for DC filtering and DC module circuits, meaning the voltage applied to the capacitor must be a unidirectional ripple voltage. It is not suitable for AC circuits.
