The CBB21(H)/MPP series capacitors are ultra-small, metallized polypropylene film capacitors designed for DC filtering applications such as PFC and DC link in electronic equipment. Featuring a non-inductive winding structure, these capacitors offer excellent self-healing properties and superior electrical performance in a compact size. They are encapsulated with flame-retardant epoxy resin powder, ensuring safety and durability. Ideal for use in switching power supplies, electronic ballasts, and frequency converters.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in original packaging.
  • Temperature: Max 35

  • Maximum storage time: 12 months from the production date indicated on the packaging bag.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to air, which can degrade lead soldering performance.
  • Do not store in high temperature or high humidity environments.

Usage Rules

  • Do not exceed the upper category temperature limit.
  • Avoid overload operation.
  • Do not exceed the maximum pulse current.
  • Avoid repeated squeezing at the lead wire root.
  • Pay attention to the lead wire tip.
  • Soldering:
  • Wave Soldering: Preheating section max temperature Ts 120, 45 seconds; Peak temperature TP 110, 120 seconds. For P7.5mm, T4mm, soldering time < 4 seconds.
  • Soldering Iron: Tip temperature not exceeding 350, welding time not exceeding 3 seconds.
  • Lead film capacitors are not suitable for reflow soldering.
