The DGCX X2 series capacitors are designed for suppressing electromagnetic interference in power supplies. These metallized polypropylene film capacitors feature a non-inductive winding structure and are encapsulated in a flame-retardant plastic case with flame-retardant epoxy resin. They are suitable for interference suppression and X-class capacitor circuits, particularly in applications where the failure of the capacitor would not pose a risk of electric shock. These capacitors are not recommended for use in R-C voltage divider circuits or high-temperature, high-humidity environments without specific consultation.

Usage Guidelines

  • Usage Scope: Do not exceed the upper limit category temperature. Avoid overload and maximum pulse current.
  • Operation Precautions: Avoid repeated squeezing at the lead wire root. Be mindful of lead wire tips.
  • Soldering:
    • Wave Soldering: TP 110; Ts 120, 45 seconds. For P7.5mm, T4mm, soldering time < 4 seconds.
    • Soldering Iron: Tip temperature not exceeding 350, time not exceeding 3 seconds.
    • Capacitors with printed lines are not suitable for reflow soldering.
