Storage Conditions

  • Note: Prolonged exposure to air may degrade lead soldering performance. Avoid high temperature and high humidity environments.

Usage Rules

  • Operating Range: Do not exceed the upper category temperature. Avoid overload. Do not exceed maximum pulse current.
  • Handling: Avoid repeated squeezing at the base of leads. Be cautious of lead tip sharpness.
  • Soldering:
    • Wave Soldering: Peak temperature (TP) 110 for 120 seconds; Shelf temperature (Ts) 120 for 45 seconds. For P7.5mm, T4mm, soldering time < 4 seconds.
    • Soldering Iron: Tip temperature not exceeding 350, time not exceeding 3 seconds.
    • Note: Lead film capacitors are not suitable for reflow soldering.

Maximum Allowable Current vs. Frequency Curve

Note: The curve represents typical values tested under sinusoidal voltage, ambient temperature 85, and internal temperature rise T=10. The CBB21(H) series is intended for DC filtering and DC module circuits with unidirectional ripple voltage and is not suitable for AC circuits. Contact technical personnel for any queries.
