The DGCX X2 series of metalized polypropylene film capacitors are designed for suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMI) in power supplies. Featuring a non-inductive winding structure, these capacitors offer excellent self-healing properties and can withstand high voltage surges. They are encapsulated in a flame-retardant plastic case (UL94V-0) with flame-retardant epoxy resin, making them suitable for applications where capacitor failure must not pose an electric shock hazard. Typical applications include interference suppression circuits and X-line capacitor circuits.
