Usage Rules

  • Operating Range: Do not exceed upper category temperature limit. Avoid overload and exceeding maximum pulse current.
  • Handling: Avoid repeated squeezing at lead root. Be cautious of lead tip.
  • Soldering:
    • Wave Soldering: TP ≤110C (120s), Ts ≤120C (45s). For P≤7.5mm, T≤4mm: < 4 seconds.
    • Soldering Iron: Tip temperature ≤350C, time ≤3 seconds.
    • Not suitable for reflow soldering.
  • Ts: Max temperature of component body during wave soldering.
  • Tp: Max temperature of component body in preheating stage.
