Usage Rules
- Operating Range: Do not exceed upper category temperature limit. Avoid overload and exceeding maximum pulse current.
- Handling: Avoid repeated squeezing at lead root. Be cautious of lead tip.
- Soldering:
- Wave Soldering: TP ≤110C (120s), Ts ≤120C (45s). For P≤7.5mm, T≤4mm: < 4 seconds.
- Soldering Iron: Tip temperature ≤350C, time ≤3 seconds.
- Not suitable for reflow soldering.
- Ts: Max temperature of component body during wave soldering.
- Tp: Max temperature of component body in preheating stage.
