Product Overview
The MPX X2 series capacitors are designed for electromagnetic interference suppression in power supplies. These metallized polypropylene film capacitors feature a non-inductive winding structure with tin-plated copper-clad steel leads. Encased in UL94V-0 flame-retardant plastic shells and encapsulated with flame-retardant epoxy resin, they offer excellent self-healing properties and can withstand high voltage surges. They are widely used in interference suppression circuits and X-line applications where capacitor failure should not pose a shock hazard.

Usage Guidelines
- Operating Range: Do not exceed the upper category temperature limit or rated voltage. Avoid overload and exceeding maximum pulse current.
- Handling: Avoid repeated squeezing at the lead root. Be mindful of lead tip sharpness.
- Soldering:
- Wave Soldering: TP 110C; Ts 120C for 45 seconds. For P7.5mm, T4mm, soldering time < 4 seconds.
- Soldering Iron: Tip temperature not exceeding 350C for a maximum of 3 seconds.
- Capacitors with printed lines are not suitable for reflow soldering.
