The CBB21/MPP series metallized polypropylene film capacitors are designed for electronic equipment, featuring an epoxy encapsulated, non-inductive winding structure. These capacitors are suitable for DC blocking, coupling, decoupling, filtering, bypassing, and other high-frequency, DC, AC, and pulse circuits. They offer excellent self-healing properties due to their metallized polypropylene film construction, low loss, and minimal internal temperature rise. The capacitors are finished with flame-retardant epoxy resin powder coating and are RoHS and REACH compliant.

Soldering Rules

Method Temperature and Time
Wave Soldering (MPP Polypropylene Film Capacitors) TP 110 for 120 seconds; Ts 120 for 45 seconds. For P 7.5mm, T 4mm: Soldering time < 4 seconds.
Soldering Iron Tip temperature not exceeding 350, soldering time not exceeding 3 seconds.
Reflow Soldering Not suitable for leaded film capacitors.

Ts: Maximum temperature the component body can withstand during wave soldering.
Tp: Maximum temperature the component body can withstand during the preheating stage.
