Product Overview
The DGCX X2 series of metallized polypropylene film capacitors are designed for suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMI) in power supplies. These capacitors feature a non-inductive winding structure, excellent self-healing properties, and the ability to withstand high voltage surges. Encased in a flame-retardant plastic shell (UL94V-0) and sealed with flame-retardant epoxy resin, they are suitable for interference suppression and X-line capacitor circuits where capacitor failure does not pose a risk of electric shock. They are not recommended for capacitive power supplies or high-temperature/high-humidity applications without prior consultation.

Soldering Guidelines
- Wave Soldering: TP110; Ts120, 45s. For P7.5mm, T4mm: soldering time < 4 seconds.
- Soldering Iron: Tip temperature not exceeding 350, time not exceeding 3 seconds.
- Capacitors with printed lines are not suitable for reflow soldering.
Product Electrical Characteristics and Test Conditions
Tests are conducted under standard atmospheric conditions (15-35, 25%-75% RH) or specified limits (202, 60%-70% RH) for any queries.
Key test items include Terminal Strength, Solderability, Soldering Heat Resistance, Electrical Characteristics (Capacitance, DF, Insulation Resistance) under various conditions like Temperature Cycling, Vibration, Shock, Damp Heat, Endurance, and Charge/Discharge.
Flammability Test
Container burn time should not exceed 10 seconds after flame removal. Burning drips should not ignite cotton paper. Needle flame test: Flame retardancy grade B.
Self-Ignition Test
Gauze wrapped around the capacitor should not burn. The capacitor withstands discharge from a storage capacitor 20 times, followed by charging to 2.5KV. A 5-second interval between discharges. URAC is continuously applied across the capacitor.
